Short cut cooking tip #1

I like to find things that make cooking and cleanup much easier...

Easy Deviled Eggs
Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal,
mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of
ingredients, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing
thoroughly, cut the tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture
into egg.
Just throw bag away when done easy clean up.

Our deviled egg recipe is handed down from my mom. There's no measurements because we always just eye-ball it but here's an quick list based on 12 eggs

Best foods mayo just enough to make the mixture moist but not to mushy because you add other liquids.
Lawry Salt, Garlic Salt & black pepper, just a dash otherwise they end up tasting like a salt lick!
Worcheshire Sauce, like 1/4 teaspoon.
Red wine vinegar, half a capful.
Yellow Mustard 1/2 tablespoon.

These go like hotcakes at family gatherings......

I love the part about mashing it all up in a bag! It sounds easy and fun. I might just have to try this tomorrow....
